The purpose of our services

Our services help families document and search for loved ones who are missing. They are free and humanitarian. They are not a substitute for the police, official authorities or emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to give accurate information to the best of your knowledge, not to submit false or misleading reports, to respect the dignity and privacy of missing persons and their families, not to use our services for political purposes or to harass anyone, and to comply with all applicable laws.

Reports and other content

Every report is reviewed before anything is published. We may decline, edit or remove content that is inaccurate or misleading, politically motivated, disrespectful to missing persons or their families, or unlawful. A family may ask us to correct or remove a record at any time.

Messaging channels

You can contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger and Instagram. Those services are run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policies. We use the messages you send us only to help with your report or enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to check information, but we cannot guarantee that everything published is accurate or complete. Our services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for actions others take based on information found on our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
